Tomato and red pepper soup, with a heart shaped crouton
Pan fried King scallops, with a pea puree, Parma ham crisp & chorizo (GF)
Butterfly King prawns in a white wine garlic butter sauce, with a chargrilled ciabatta (GF)
Satay chicken spring roll, with a satay sauce and oriental vegetables
Pan fried asparagus with a rocket and vegetarian parmesan salad & balsamic dressing

Côte de Boeuf, with hand cut chips, Portobello mushroom, vine tomatoes, and a watercress and peppercorn sauce (GF)
Honey glazed chicken supreme served with sweet potato cake, creamed sweetcorn, buttered heritage carrots and a Parma ham crisp (GF)
Pan-fried seabass, with a sticky jasmine rice, soy infused oak choi and a Thai cream sauce (GF)
Mojito glazed lamb rump, served with a sweet potato puree, Mediterranean vegetables, Tuscan roasted potatoes and a red wine jus (GF)
