NEW YEARS EVE MENU

Starter

Pan fried scallops with pea puree, Black pudding and pancetta crisps.

Goats cheese bonbon’s with textures of beetroot, Red wine reduction and Pressed salad.

Pan fried garlic king prawns with chilly jam.

Ham Hoch and Piccalilli Terrine served with fresh sun blush tomato bread.

French Onion Soup.

Mains

Baked Halibut with fresh Asparagus, Poached Egg and Crayfish cream sauce.

10oz Fillet Steak served with Garlic and Thyme Potato Rosti and Peppercorn sauce.

Pan fried Gressingham duck breast, Saute pak choi, Pomme Anne potatoes and Cherry scented jus.

Wild Mushroom tarragon truffle risotto topped with rocket and Parmesan salad.

Baked Pork Tenderloin wrapped in sage and parma ham with Green Beans, Lyonnaise potatoes and old mout cider broth.

Desserts

Apple and Winter Berry Crumble served with custard.

Chocolate and Raspberry Tart served with fresh raspberry’s, raspberry coulis and crème fraise.

Selection of Ice-cream.

Cheese Board.

Tangy Lemon Cheesecake with Raspberry Sorbet.
